Dedicated Sales Force
The Actsys Sales force has been structured to offer ourcustomer a personal service through dedicated KeyAccount Executives that are based internally at all ourbranches servicing the everyday needs of our customers.Our National Key Account Management team supports theinternal sales by offering our customers service at theirdoor step, this includes consultancy on projects, productand technical support.
Customer Service Centre
Actsys established an inbound and outbound CentralisedCustomer service Centre in 2018 offering our customersonline and telephonic sales support, on our products andsolutions. This centralised node of the business is thereto support and buffer our service levels to customers nationally.
Technical support
In order to meet the demand for quicker systemsand reduced downtime, it is critical that we back all theproducts we distribute with dedicated in-house technicalsupport. Our technical support teams are available in allbranches to service all your technical requirements.
ERP System
Our ERP system was based on Legacy software. In 2018we made a substantial investment with Kerridge in order to improve our business efficiencies in terms of sales processing and service delivery to our customer and full end to end stock management in the business. The real time interface gives us the ability to plan, forecast and manage our business live. This facilitates game changing business decisions.

Actsys through 3 decades of operations, has built formidable local and international relationships with some of the most renowned brands globally, with distribution rights for Commscope, CBI Electric, EATON, AUSMA, TP Link, Planet and many more. Actsys has acquired the LAMBDA brand and can now offer a full LAMBDA solution for Data and Fire Products.
